The NG Series nitrogen generator uses imported ultra-fine hollow fiber membranes for nitrogen separation. When air passes through the membrane, oxygen, carbon dioxide, and water vapor with smaller molecular diameters pass through the small holes in the hollow fiber membrane pipes and are discharged into the atmosphere. At the exit of the membrane, nitrogen molecules with larger molecular diameters are collected and transported to the application equipment. Meet the needs of mass spectrometry and sample preparation.
The AELAB AE-NGSS / AE-NGDS Nitrogen Generator Series adopts imported air-pressure compactors with low noise. The gas storage tank volume is only 10 L, greatly reducing the size of the system. An LED display is included to show total running time and error messages. An innovative stacking assembly method expands gas production capacity, while dual mechanical and electronic pressure protection ensures safe operation.

The generator operates through selective permeation using ultra-fine hollow fiber membranes. Compressed air enters the membrane module, where smaller gas molecules diffuse outward while nitrogen is enriched inside the membrane structure. The resulting nitrogen stream—maintained at ≤99.5% purity—is regulated to 0–100 psi and delivered directly to instruments such as mass spectrometers, evaporators, and sample preparation devices.
The AELAB AE-NGSS / AE-NGDS Series includes a Φ8 mm quick connector outlet for direct connection to mass spectrometers, LC-MS systems, sample concentrators, and automated preparation devices.
