The AELAB ZRS-3ST dissolution tester is used to examine the dissolving speed and degree of solid preparations like drug tablets or capsules in specified solvents. The ZRS-3ST adopts classical modeling design and is featured by high cost performance, stability, reliability, simple operation, and durability.
ZRS-3ST is a double-functional model with electric lifting head and head overturn; it only needs keyboard manipulation when paddle rod or basket rod is replaced. The head lifts automatically and can be overturned continuously based on the lifted head to make the work of paddle change convenient and handy.
The AELAB ZRS-3ST features a robust Stainless Steel paddle rod and basket rod assembly, supporting both basket and paddle testing modes. The thermostatic water bath incorporates an integrated temperature sensor with software-controlled regulation to maintain uniform temperature across all test vessels. The head incorporates an electric lifting and overturn mechanism to simplify rod replacement and streamline operation.
The ZRS-3ST regulates paddle or basket rotation from 20–200 rpm with a resolution of 1 time/min, ensuring accurate hydrodynamic conditions for dissolution studies. The instrument controls the water bath from room temperature to 45ºC with 0.1ºC resolution and ≤±0.3ºC accuracy. A built-in electronic sensor monitors multiple bath positions, while programmable periods (up to nine cycles, 1–999 min each) support sequential sampling workflows aligned with pharmacopoeial test requirements.
The ZRS-3ST provides digital control with parameter storage and pharmacopoeia method calling. Data settings, cycle programming, and test conditions can be managed through the integrated LCD human-machine interface.
