The AELAB SK8800Vet incorporates an advanced valve system and long-life analytical components to ensure stable performance during continuous operation. The enclosure houses an 8.4” TFT display, integrated thermal printer, automatic probe cleaning (inside and outside), and RS232 communication ports.
The analyzer quantifies WBC, RBC, and PLT using electrical resistance technology, while hemoglobin is determined using the cyanide method and SFT method for enhanced stability. Sample aspiration is precisely regulated (9.6 µL for venous/capillary mode and 20 µL for pre-diluted mode). Automatic dilution, mixing, rinsing, and clog-clearing functions ensure reproducible results across all animal types.
The SK8800Vet includes RS232 ports for PC connection, parallel printer support, and compatibility with graphical printing formats. Data management includes storage for up to 100000 results with histograms, ensuring GLP-compliant recordkeeping.
