The smooth progress of the instrument export project in May was made possible by the meticulous follow-up of the AELAB team throughout the entire process. Clients from countries such as Nigeria and India visited the site for on-site inspections, and the company assigned dedicated personnel to accompany them throughout the tours and demonstrate machine operation. Their solid professional capabilities earned the clients’ trust. Colleagues from the Logistics Department personally inspected goods at the factory and supervised container loading, controlling the quality of shipments from the source. Monthly work meetings and book sharing sessions helped identify project challenges in various countries, optimize supporting solutions, accumulate professional knowledge, and strengthen team cohesion. With full enthusiasm and excellent skills, they confidently handled a steady stream of overseas orders, continuously providing reliable instrument support services to laboratory clients worldwide.

Ⅰ、Client Visit & Lab Equipment Cooperation Confirmed

This month, we received customer groups from India, Russia and Nigeria.who came to AELAB for on-site procurement inspections. Their procurement scope covers a wide range of products, including precision analytical instruments such as UV spectrophotometers, flame photometers, biological microscopes, autoclaves and precision pipettes, as well as conventional laboratory glassware like beakers and test tubes. Our reception team upheld a professional and pragmatic service mindset. Combined with the local industrial conditions, application scenarios and market trends of the clients, we precisely recommended our competitive flagship and best-selling products, and gave detailed comparisons on product configurations, performance strengths and cost performance.

In the product showroom, our sales staff accompanied the customers throughout the visit. They invited the clients to operate the instruments personally, so they could directly experience the accuracy and stable performance of the equipment. The team gave patient and detailed answers to all inquiries, covering instrument parameter customization, voltage and plug compatibility, as well as after-sales services. The whole process was supported with thoughtful and considerate service. The immersive on-site experience won high recognition from the customers. They placed orders for multiple instruments on the spot, and also reached intentions of long-term cooperation for other selected products, which has laid a solid foundation for future bulk repeat orders.

AELAB treats all international orders equally. Regardless of order size or destination country, all products follow standardized, high-standard inspection procedures.  The full container shipment for the Saudi Arabia project completed in May, which included water quality analyzers, general instruments and physical optical devices. Our team conducted full on-site supervision during the entire container loading process at the warehouse.

Ⅴ、Monthly Business Recap: Clear Accountability, Shared Success

The company holds regular monthly meetings and book sharing sessions every month. Before the meeting, Activity Department organized two interesting mini-games to liven up the atmosphere and strengthen team tacit understanding and cohesion.

The first game is Draw & Guess. All staff are divided into two teams. The last member of each team draws first, and the pattern is passed forward for reproduction in turn. The team wins if the first member restores the pattern accurately.

The second game is action relay. All participants stand in a circle. The first member finishes a basic action and adds a new one to pass on. The following members need to replicate all actions completely, and those who make mistakes will be eliminated.

After the warm-up games, the monthly meeting officially kicked off. Each department delivered work reports in sequence: the Finance Department summarized monthly overall operating and financial data; the Marketing Department analyzed monthly business data and existing problems, and formulated solutions for the next month; the Procurement Department reported problems in procurement processes and corresponding optimization measures; the Sales Department sorted out monthly sales data, business deficiencies and rectification plans.

The monthly book sharing session was held after the work meeting. The company distributes designated books for staff to read monthly. Employees are required to write book reviews combined with daily work and share insights on-site. This month’s shared book is Creating High Profits written by Kazuo Inamori.

Core concepts of the book: 1. Abandon complicated financial skills and adhere to the plain principle of maximizing revenue and minimizing expenditure; 2. Optimize cost control, break inherent working inertia, eliminate waste of fixed costs, and adopt the operation mode of investing in equipment only after receiving orders; 3. Uphold righteous business purposes, and create value for employees and society.

After the sharing session, on-site voting was conducted to select the Monthly Excellent Book Sharer. Ace and Jessica won the honor.
