Participating in Training Course about Team and Execution

Training is the greatest benefit for employees. Pay attention to the improvement of staffs’ ability, can fundamentally improve the overall quality of the team, bring greater benefits for the company.  

To make staffs form good working habits and help the team more cohesive, A&E Lab organized the team to participate in a course about building a benchmarking team and improving personal execution.

The course emphasizes an important point, that is execution.

The core of execution is making decision fast and taking action immediately. For employees, to achieve efficient result, they are supposed to improve the ability of solving problems immediately when facing to problems.

Nothing can be accomplished without norms or standards. For company, there must be corresponding measures for the implementation of any system. Making employees be clear about their responsibility can help a team more efficient and cohesive.

The width of your mind determines the height of your career. Actually, the mind of employees relate to company’s culture. Forming valuable company culture can unit employees together and achieve common goals.
